6. Push Notifications
The SpaceDesk mobile app may request permission to send push notifications. Notifications may include task updates, chat messages, leave decisions, ticket replies, grievance/support responses, announcements, approval requests, and other work alerts. Users can control notification permission from their device settings.
7. Files, Photos, Camera, And Attachments
SpaceDesk may allow users to upload files or images as part of tasks, tickets, chat, project references, profile updates, or support workflows. Files are used only for the related work purpose and are visible according to user permissions and client visibility settings.

SpaceDesk uses cookies or similar session technologies to keep users signed in, secure accounts, remember sessions, prevent unauthorized requests, and improve reliability. Disabling cookies may prevent login or app functionality from working correctly.

SpaceDesk may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, email delivery providers, Google Play services, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Apple Push Notification service, and app store distribution platforms. These services process limited technical data required to provide infrastructure, notifications, security, and distribution.
